We start with a short discovery to pin down the real problem, then a fixed-scope prototype so you see something working fast. From there we build in weekly iterations with production quality from day one — senior people, end to end, no hand-offs.
It depends on scope, so we don’t quote blind. We usually scope a fixed-price prototype first, which de-risks the decision for both sides, then agree on the build from there. Tell us what you’re building and we’ll come back with an honest estimate.
